The Permata Seni Muzik Workshop in Oct.

As an assistant conductor, Yap Ling conducting the Permata Seni Muzik String Orchestra during the monthly workshop at the Istana Budaya, KL. All members are below 14 years old and has been selected from all over Malaysia. At the moment, there are about 40 of them.

MOC Annual Concert at the Miri Library - "Devoted to You"

MOC Annual Concert was held on Sunday, 2nd August at Auditorium, Pustaka Miri. There were 2 performances, Matinee at 2pm and Evening Performance at 7pm.

The 1st Sabah State Music Camp 8-13 June 09

Yap Ling conducting the 1st Sabah State Music Camp Concert on 13 June 09 at the Dewan Resital, UMS.

He was also the Artistic Director of the Music Camp where the camp was held in Sekolah Pengajian Seni, UMS. It was organised by the Jesselton Philharmonic Orchestra where Yap Ling is their Principal Conductor.
